Warning Signs of School Phobia and Anxiety

  • Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School, Conf Rm A 390 Lincoln Road Sudbury, MA, 01776 United States (map)

School refusal, including school phobia and school anxiety, is an increasingly prevalent yet often misunderstood condition among pre-teens and teens. A student who refuses to go to school creates a crisis at home and a challenge for the school. The longer the student is at home, the less likely he or she will return to school. Join Dr. Ryan Conway to learn about the warning signs of school refusal and what you can do to help teenagers who demonstrate these behaviors.
